01. How long does the drafting process usually take?

Most projects take 2–4 weeks from initial concepts to final plans, depending on the scope and number of revisions needed.

02. What’s included in the final plan set?

You’ll receive floor plans, elevations, and construction-ready drawings in PDF format—everything your builder or city needs for permits and construction. However, please note our designer is not a licensed architect and cannot stamp drawings.

03. Do you offer on-site measurements?

Yes. We provide on-site measuring when needed to ensure all plans reflect accurate dimensions before drafting begins.

04. Can I request changes once I see the preliminary drawings?

Yes—one revision round is included to refine layouts and details. Additional revisions can be made if needed and priced based on scope.

05.Do you provide stamped or permit-ready drawings?

No. Our drafter is not a licensed architect and cannot stamp drawings. Any drawings provided are for planning, visualization, and coordination purposes only. For permit submittals or stamped documents, a licensed architect or engineer must be engaged.
